Lebanon is the home of the annual Marion County Ham Days and the Marion County Fair.
The last weekend of September is the Marion County Country Ham Days, when the community goes "hog wild" welcoming 50,000 visitors to a two-day festival recently recognized by Cook's Magazine as one of the nation's five best fall festivals.
